Hi, I'm Kirsty, banded August 2014. My post op dairy

Kirsty hope you have recovered from your ordeal..thats sounds horrific! I know if i eat to much it feels pretty crap...thankfully not needed an ambulance yet though!!

Oh my goodness i really hope you have recovered my lovely? perhaps all the excitement of being out and popping a couple of bevies back just unsettled you?

xxx

Aw thanks my lovelies. This is such a warm fuzzy forum lol.

I wish I could download my pictures on to my diary. I had to put them on a separate thread. I felt a million dollars going out yesterday. I was telling my hubby to take photos of me everywhere we went...getting a bit vain lol

I was worried that the dress was too short but think with the thick tights and my wee ankle boots I got away with it

What thread kursry. Can u not just do it on the app????

On the app version when you type reply in to the thread you will see at the top when you start typing " cancel" to the left then "new reply" in the middle then you will see a "+" button, if you press that "+" it will give u the option to add from camera , add from photo , attachments etc,,,, just click add from photos and it will link to your photos and then you just upload. Then once it says it uploaded, hit the arrow back you carry on writing and then send.....

Hope this makes sense! X x

Hi girls. Had a fab day out. Drinks, curry and the jersey boys stage show. Felt very ill during first half of the show. If I hadn't had the band I would have thought I was having a heart attack. My first awful experience with the band. I hardly ate any of my curry but I think the few wines and bailies was just a step too far lol. I must have been bad. The ushers were coming into the loo with iced water and asked did I need a medic or a ambulance lol. I was grey and the sweat was beading across my face. Sharon. I headed into town for debenhams opening at 9am and got that dress. I have posted a few pictures but don't know how to get them up on here. You would need to go onto my profille

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and glad you got through it. I work at a theatre and nothing scares the ushers more than heart attacks so I'm sure you've given them a good war story to tell at every first aid training for years. :0)

You're doing so well, out of the teens WOOH hoo! Although I'm enjoying losing a chunk of weight now I know it needs to slow down if I want to tone up and avoid the dreaded sag. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi Banded I think this might work. And oldie and one from the weekend
