I'm with the Clydesdale on a signature account. It's about £15 a month for £1k free overdraft facility Green flag which I have used Loads when I had my old car Gadget insurance phone etc Annual family package for holiday insurance I'm sure there are other things too Not worth it unless you are going to use most of the stuff. But I no longer pay for RAC. Don't pay the phone insurance which can be expensive nor holiday insurance

It would Ge for the travel insurance and phone, think RBS do something similar so il look into it, otherwise just buy single policy at minute as adding cruise cover puts it up, not 100% on if going one next nov yet x

Good to hear about the travel insurance too. Mines with my bank account (TSB was Lloyds) and its so easy to never have to worry about arranging insurance for each trip.

Official weigh in today. Same weight as last week. Ok with that considering my couple of days away and two family meals out. Looked back to take a snapshot over the past 4 weeks...3lb loss. Not great but still heading down

Hey, I was just looking for Nuffields address to send a christmas card and noticed Mr Galloway doesnt show up under assure weightloss anymore? Still based at nuffield but maybe through another company now?

Thought that was strange esp after the different aftercare we got xx

wanted to tell you that you have inspired me.... went for a gorgeous winter dawn hike and hill walk yesterday it was amaze balls and i felt brilliant after it x thanks my lovely buddy x

There is no better feeling. IMHO lol. I find it like meditation. It's my time usually it's just me and the dogs for a few miles and I can sort the world out in my head by the time I'm done ;-)
