maybe with all these good vibes I can send some down to do the housework for you hun xxx xxxWoooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhooooooooooooooo positive thinking pays off hunni....... 4lbs lighter of all those thoughts and worries WTG sweetness thats fab news.......... your going great guns .............. hope your saturday brings sunshine and smiles sweetheart.... i've a date with some housework
How do these weigh ins work?..been to hospital and seen surgeon my weight is 118kg says he's fab effort so 59.9lbs lost so far. My question is what's .9 of a lb why give me kg then tell me lbs? Grrrr so confusing I like straight forward stone and pounds lol not percentage either 39.9% in 12wks Good news for gall bladder have my pre assessment 23rd jan and he will put me on the list for feb so all done and dusted for my hols. His only problem is my reaction to anaesthetic and how bad it makes me. So will be keeping a close eye on it. Downside was told today my food intake is poor because 5 days out of 7 I'm not hitting 200 cals and the other 2 I don't eat. So being good girl I am I promised to try harder starting today....Half fork of pasta and 1 chicken cube...result was sick for 2hrs so ain't gonna try that again So all in all mixed day of emotions but I'm pleased my effort for gym is ok if I don't over do it and listen to pain signals because the old adage no pain no gain is utter rubbish and apparently not acceptable at any time...not that I would dream of pushing that hard I don't like pain lol. Doctors Wednesday...can't wait...not!!!!
Never good with liquids hun tbh but really hope that your on the mend because not many things worse than chest infection bless ya xxxAw glad your doing great on the losses Cupid and get your other op soon!! Hopefully if they know about the anastetic reaction they maybe able to preempt it! X It must be hard to find the balance with food! Even with my band...some days I can eat more others..hardly a bite!! Try to make sure you keep up with your liquids through xx
oh I defo have no plans to waste away not in a million years would I let that stop me meeting you...I do try I can now eat mince type stuff just very little. Can't stomach any soups or fluids anymore but he thinks that maybe my issue of all fluids. No bread or pasta because I think I'm now intolerant as can't keep it down for 5 mins. I asked him why I suddenly have a taste for sweet things when never before and he says it's the body craving energy because of not eating well...seems I'm the only one not concerned with food but I am trying and will continue to do so.Well hospital visit sounded good am pleased they were pleased with you too!! i dont do these kg i like my lb's and stones and % i have no idea.... i just nod along when the say about it lol although i do know at the start they told me 50% of my excess weight was what to expect and bypass is 75% i think........... so if i was 10 stone over weight i could expect to loose 5 stone, bypass 7.5 but other than that not got a clue lOL Now mrs........ i'm going to tell you off here too 200 cals ??? no wonder they were not happy, that's not enough to keep your body functioning............... god knows how your getting by?? of course i know with the gallbladder its not helping but you must try harder!!!! stick to small and simple, build your confidence with food again hunni, dont want you wasting away before i get up to see you x x x x
