Funny... well not funny but when I was at the WLS meeting last week, they told us to be very careful when using this machine because it was unpredictable
It was only mentioned because a lady didn't like smoothies.

No just hubby been ill and having tests so just small treats bless him. Saw specialist Monday Ashe has rheumatoid arthritis and has also just bee diagnosed with C.O.P.D so thought it would be nice to spend time with him. He can't go out of country until they get him to stabilise with Meds and defo not before Christmas so my boys 21st holiday surprise is no longer a surprise as we had to tell him. All he wants is his dad better so hubby is looking forward to it. Next year. :) he's got a very stubborn nurse at home that he can't escape poor guy lol.

don't worry Hun you had more than enough to cope with. Hope you're on the mend Hun and definitely hope you're healing quickly...as for my kids they are the reason I breathe and very caring all of them thank god. It amazes me how tables turn my eldest has always been equally for both of us but my daughter always a daddy's girl and youngest defo a mummy's boy but this last year they youngest 2 are totally the opposite and it feels so nice to have them all care as much as they do. Got to admit though everyone of them are as stubborn as mum lol. They all consider other people's feeling and take them into consideration and treat their friends as family. I'm definite the luckiest mum alive but I have a tendency to get paranoid about them when they go out and fight hard so as not to smother them. Life eh and how it's lived lol xxxxx

ah bless ya stay safe and warm whilst you can Hun. I know that we are about two and a half weeks behind America weather wise for the storms and these are to be the most difficult for Scotland and Northern Ireland but be prepared for the next round in a couple of weeks as they started there again yesterday with power lines down very high winds and torrential rain. I don't envy you Hun we had rain here 2 hrs today and that was bad enough. X
