Well thats a wee bit of it outta the way id rather give birth! Its all impacted down there will try again tomo, the things we do!!!

I was like this I took 3 sachets of movicol and went 2 hours later best thing I ever did. Worst feeling ever you have my sympathy xxx

Apart from walking around has anyone else started exercising yet. I'm keen to get in exercise bike. Was told I can start as soon as I feel comfortable to but I'm so paranoid about doing stuff at the moment. Can't wait to go swimming but have to wait a little longer for that.

I'm keen too gonna have a half hour session in the gym tomorrow try the cross trainer as that's gentle and then swimming on Wednesday. Just take it slow and steady x

i have movicol which u can buy over the counter at chemists but it costs about £8

I get mine on prescription, worth it if you have a free meds or have a meds long term ticket
