I became so hungry today I ended up being sick. Took me totally by surprise. Anyone else having real pains on their pre op diet. On a separate note had my pre op assessment and physio meeting today and all went well and now really excited. 15th jan can't come quick enough now.

Boo to the preop diet. Hooray to almost being at op day :)
 
Try making milky coffee also coffee milk shakes they help also freeze yoghurts down gives a different feeling shame it's winter as helps better in summer I know its hard but the pain does pass after day 4 stay strong I know how you feel I went through the same twice so can understand not easy but worth a little suffering in the big picture of life
I wish I could do it for you but you have to do it

Having Band fitted on Sunday at Dolan Park by Mr Paul Super, getting nervous now, new to this site!

Good luck with the op and it's normal to have butterflies at this stage but things will be ok and follow there instructions and your band will become your best friend and your worst nightmare at the same time
Take care will be thinking of you on Sunday and least your in a nice warm hospital not out in the rain windy weather
