me neither roccosmummy but will all be worth it for us all this time next year. ?
 
I would like target it 6 months but don't do disappointment well so thinking a year long.
 
i would like to be at target in a year but realistically im looking at 2 years plus
 
Whatever time it takes it's gonna be a great year this year.

I really do feel for all you guys on the milk diet, I know that I would really struggle :(

but as has been said, just concentrate on the end goal and just think about how dam fine we will all be looking next Christmas :)

Are you exercising aswell?

I haven't lost anything on the pre-op...yet...I remain hopeful that I do!!
 
No not done any exercise. Literally not left my sofa. Felt really low on the diet and given up smoking same time too plus period started today so not gel like any exercising at all. Turned in to a hermit. Evening working at home until I'm not a moody cow and won't offend anyone.

Home today managed my water ok yesterday I go onto 4 weeks of purées from now although no interest at all in food. Looking forward to my own bed but going to miss the morphine and the girls in the ward as we all went through this the same day.

Let the diet commence.....looking forward to it but dreading it at the same time lol
