Todays weigh in - I think with all the stress that's been going on ive lost stress weight. I even got on and off the scales 5 times to check I was seeing properly.

Weight loss since June 1st - 11st 12.5lbs
Weight loss since op - 9st 7
Loss this week - 5.5lbs

Weight 18st 5.5lb

This week: Stay the same

GOOD NEWS: I must have lost inches as I can now fit into the dress I haven't worn since I was 16!!

It's an old Evans Seven range (used to love that range) dress. And a size 18.

(Please ignore the mess - started to get everything out ready for holiday packing)
