That said Sophia... i weighed myself yesterday evening, in the sort of clothes i normallly weigh in and was 16st 9..

i normally only weigh on monday mornings... so i thought i would weigh myself this morning, 16st 13???? today i am wearing jeggings and quite a chunky jumper...

which reading would you go by??

I would go with your original one Monday morning, steer clear of the scales for the week. My weight quite often goes all over the place of I weigh daily as it depends on the amount of water you are holding etc.

yeah i do normally only weigh the once... but because it wasnt a morning weigh in, i wanted to check again lol xx

I agree go with the first one, I haven't changed now for three weeks but I have weighted in at different times of the day in different clothes and it looks like I've put half a stone on, checked the next afternoon time I would weigh in back to the same weight. 14:13 so I've stuck to the 14:13. It's the number I like best lol
 
I always weigh on a Sunday soon as I get up and been for a wee and then I do a sneaky mid week check and weight can be up and down depends on clothing water etc
 
I find that before having a drink in the morning is the best time to weigh. A trip to the bathroom can knock off a few grams. Scales not really moving the last week but they moved a bit too quickly the week before so it will even out over time.

Loss this week - 2.5lbs
Starting weight - 30st 3lbs
Current weight - 17st 8lbs

Todays weight - 16st 12lb
Weight loss since last weigh in + 3lb
Weight loss since op - 8st 7lb
Weight loss since pre op - 9st 8lb

(looks like it was the second weight that was right last week!)
 
That +3lb is based on the origional weight from last week... if i go by the 2nd reading last week, i lost 1lb this week ........ yeah i know, excuses! lol xx
 
Its a blip Sam we all get them you will make up for it next week
