Hello can I join the June 15 oppers? I had a sleeve on the 10th (Weegie is my op buddy!) via NHS in Walsall. I am feeling fine now with no real ongoing issues - on liquids for 4 weeks. I also have my diary which I need to work out how to rename! Anyone know?

Oh my! I had my very first NSV.

I haven't worn my new watch since I got home all bloated last Sunday. Its new just before I went on holiday and I had extra links put in then. It fit perfectly last week.

Now it is far too lose I can slide my forefinger under it.

Hiya Jackie.

I am still improving each day. Stitches out now. NOT cleared for driving, GP will call me back after asking someone, she did nog want the responsibility, WTF pardon my French.
Checked with my provider over a couple of things, lol I am not overeating apparently.

Hope you are well, as I do all the Junnies. I am sure Kayy will pop on when she can.

Lol You girls will be like Sharon, Karina and I who had our ops within 3 days of each other. Don't know what I would have done without them. You form a special bond on here with those going through it together...... And the support from everyone else makes it bearable Though we don't fart around the campfire ROFLMAO

I've got to the knee knocking stage now as I go into hospital tomorrow for my RnY op on Monday.
I've found the LSD pretty easy to stick to once I got the first few days over. Proof of the pudding will be my weigh-in tomorrow.
I hope that the rest of you are doing well and best wishes to the other pre-oppers.

I've got to the knee knocking stage now as I go into hospital tomorrow for my RnY op on Monday.
I've found the LSD pretty easy to stick to once I got the first few days over. Proof of the pudding will be my weigh-in tomorrow.

Got a recommendation folks. Anyone post op on fluids but past the clear broth stage,

Baxters Luxury Cullen Skink Cream of Smoked Haddock Soup <<<< its blummin georgeous and 23gms of protein per tim. Boths fats and sugars less than 5%, think 3% or theraboots. Its £1.90 in Sainsburys.

Makes a change from the usual.

Hey, I am exactly the same position. ( days left on puree and finding it so difficult. I have just demolished a M and S mini meal, shepherds pie and it was lush and I managed it no bother! Feel really guilty though!

Oh god Debs, that seems so long away doesn't it? I can't believe the differences in the advice given from each hospital. I had shepherds pie tonight and didn't purée it! It was an M ad S mini meal so was not chunky at all. Feel guilty now though but then I look at others same time post op and they are having all sorts!
You will do it though, you are so strong! Xx
