I agree the band certainly works for people here, its each to their own. Luckily I got a sleeve with a bmi of 31 at the time. The sleeve does take over from the head, hence it was my best option..I was a binge eater! And ice cream was my downfall, since my sleeve ice cream makes me vomit so its fixed that issue!!

Yay!!!!! That's brilliant!!!!! I'm on nights at the moment, so messes with my weighing, so thought I would leave it until Friday morning, before my fill.......praying I'm with you MrsQ........15.11......would be amazing! I'm thinking if I could get to that....then I'm thinking getting in the 14's could actually happen for my holibobs at the end of March!!!!!
