Beckwils and MrsQ what do you have in your bands now?? Just wondered as we were same day ops and near each other's weights to begin with?? I'm second fill week today, had 5mls in an empty band first time, not made any difference, so waiting for my next one......really really hoping something happens, feeling so down about it all........xxxx

I'm really annoyed actually. They have told me there's all sorts of problems with training and a nurse leaving to become manager at Newcastle so the amount of clinics are very limited. The next available appt is 4th feb and there are none at all for a Saturday or late weekday!!! I'm sick to death of taking time off work!!
Anyway I'm pleased your doing well sorry for ranting on your post lol xx

Oopsiedaisy I am 15.13 at the moment.......trying really hard this week (new year and all that!) desperately want to get weight off before the end of March when we go to America! Getting into the 14's would blow my mind! I can only try I guess.......but I am going to try,try, try.......

My little Brucey bonus is I go back to ED this week (start tonight!) so no time to actually pick or even eat sometimes, so hopefully I can just eat my proper dinners I take and not graze!

By the way?!? I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but there seems to be a lot of negativity around the band on here, I'm not sure if that's always been the case, but I'm seeing newbies joining asking for advice on our journeys and surgeries!
I had no idea bands were now less favourable?!
It might just be me and what iv been reading on here but I definitely feel people are bringing up alot of issues surrounding the surgery that we have all gone through?! Xx
