Nic, i've been a member here for a while, and was completely oblivious to all the problems. I know nothing of what was happening a few weeks ago, but just wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss, you've done an amazing job. I hope so much i will have a similar result.

Little milestone reached
Hi all
Well today I got on the scales (I'm not one for going on every day or even every few days) but I wanted to get into the "teens" rather than the 20s bracket ..... and I have today succeeded.
So total loss now 5stone 5lb
