I've homemade tomato, chilli and lentil. Which I will be avoiding-shame its lovely.

Had some really nice courgette last week.

Ribboned them suited with fry light and sprinkled with crushed garlic. Cook until crispy. They were lovely.

I've made beef stew and dumplings for the family..so I'm having the gravy off that for tea.
