Doing ok, looking at my evening meal thou is depressing, fits on a side plate. Still, gets me into the swing of things before they happen! How u today chick? Any stronger? X

Much better again thanks Hun although still sore I managed to sleep on my left side last night :) ah the small things eh xx
 
Feeling much better than I did, but the wind just underneath my bust top of my tummy is hurting I've blown the house away the other end but Cannot burp!! I feel like I need to take a good long swig of fizzy coke or something then burp it all out!! I try to burp but it only comes up so far gets stuck and hurts some more!! Gggrrrr just had 1/3 of slim fast ready mad drink left from yesterday and 1/2 a yog full to the brim!! Just having a hot peppermint cordial as the thought of chewing one more wind relief tab is making me balk! Xx

He he the first thing I said to my other half when I got back from hospital, was I couldn't burp, feel as though its trapped. Still can't burp, only very small ones. My wind pain has gone yesterday which was 10 days post op. Day 11 now and feeling good. :)

Keep going your get there and on the road to recovery :)

Thanks Hun yeah feels like its stuck or pressing on the band! I think it's where they've put the band that is sore I mean there must be some internal bruising it's when I take a deep breath it feels restricted I say it must be the band as I'm feeling it in the back too just hope it's not like this for life as it really is uncomfortable! How you getting on? Xx

Hiya gun yes been a good day thank you went to southport for a little walk around yeah I think it's deffo somethin to do with the band rather than wind although I go to burp its like it gets stuck at the band I was very tempted to have a bi swig of coke to see if I can burp! Oh dear lol off to grab some tomato soup ? xx

No I'll have to just get on with it I think :-( it'll come out eventually I just can't bare the thought of anymore windy chewy type tabs they're makin me balk! I'm such a bloody moaner xx
 
Hey guys how's things? Well I started my ore op at 17.2 and weighed in this morning at 16.0 woohoo lol very happy with this I am now a week post op and the difference a week makes this time last week I was in our car on the way home I got home and sobbed I was so uncomfortably he wind was killing me! I'm now practically wind free the only pain I have is where my port is and it's only tender rather than painful more if I do lots of walking and if I bend just having a milky coffee for breakfast nmmmmm. Xxx
 
So just finished my milky coffee and I'm sitting chuckling to myself I can hear the funniest noise from my tummy like when water bubbles going down a drain im imagining that's the coffee goin through my band?!?!? Ha ha the little thing make me laugh xx

I work in a hospital so I have a full cardiac arrest team on standby ;-)
