Yes thanks doll fighting fit well port is the same lol but fine apart from that not long chick so excited for you!! Xxx

That's come around really fast hasn't it? Do you feel well enough to go to work chick? What food will you take as yours is such a physical job, don't want you keeling over!!! (Mind you your around doctors if you do) ;)
My hubby's friends are porters there, I only know one of them called ihan (dunno how you spell his name, although I do speak Turkish)
Hope they welcome you back gently. So happy that you are feeling a lot better now though, and managing well. Weightloss is amazing, you are doing great!!! :) xxx

Thank you Hun your support is amazing I only know one porter who is Turkish little with a goatee ? I'm going to have weetabix and the inside of a jacket with cheese or something like that how are you feeling hun are you nervous? Xx

Little bit, still can't believe it's so near!!! Found out yesterday that the prof doing my op set the NICE guidelines... I'll be having a word with him as to why we have to pay!!! Lol.

Mmm love jacket potato, that's what I'm missing the most on Pre op. :)

Think ihan has a goatee beard. He lost all his family in a car accident a few years ago. Lovely person. X

Not at all worried over the anaesthetic, I had a lovely dream when had knee op last month, wanted to return to it. :) I am so scared about the pain afterwards though, hope it isn't agony and I can cope. X

Awww Hun it really wasn't agony it was discomfort and that was the wind not the actual op, I honestly suffer with wind at the best of times and couldn't burp or fart either (very lady like I know) but say day 3 and it's so so much easier! Honest cross my heart! Xx

I'm okay just can't wait to get to the gym and try and shift some fat... The liquid part was such a great loss for me, but this part is sooooo slow!! I'm eating a quarter of what I was before just thought it would shift more!! But I can't grumble at 2 stone in just over a month..

I'm glad your feeling better, how's your loss going? And is your family being really supportive xx

I'm
Good thanks Hun how are you? I'm on mush now mmm different flavours! Ha ha xx

Glad to hear you are almost back to normal chick, how you coping with work? Have your wounds healed now?
I think I have staples but looking at the size of the plasters they are tiny, wonder if they used a tiny stapler lol!
How long do you have to refrain from lifting anything? I don't lift much being in an office but can get a large box of 800 or so invoices to deal with which can be heavy.
You have had a fantastic loss too, well done hon, have to let me know what you are eating :) xxx

I refuse to lift anythin heavy including patients! I'm just going to give it 6 weeks so there's time to fully heal I've been having 1 weetabix with banana for breakfast and a jacket potato with cheese for dinner but I've only been having half then the other half later on last night I had a morrisons nume Cumberland pie and had 2/3 of it and tonight I've got a shepherds pie I really want normal food like chicken etc so I can get my protein up but all in good time how are you feeling now hun xxx

Sounds lovely! 2 weeks of baby food (consistency) for me!!! Had porridge, chicken soup and another half tin chicken soup with quarter potato liquidised in it! Not very appetising!
In pain at mo only because its over the time I need for my painkillers! More heavy dragging pain and surgery pain than anything.
Try going for walk tomorrow as got the knee consultant in morning. When can I have a shower, got staples so not sure? Had a stand up wash this morning but need to wash my hair.
I am constantly burping... And it is slightly painful, hope that it settles down over the next few days!
Glad work is going ok, did everyone ask you loads of questions about it? Take it easy hon, my surgeon said no lifting for around 4 months xxxx
