My Journey....

Slider food is soft, mushy food or food in a lot of sauce - they don't take much chewing and slide straight through the band, so they don't give the same full feeling that solid dry foods give when they pass across the band.

Yes Im onto real food now...so sliders have to stop..strange isn't it:rolleyes:

We have to get used to different foods all over again

So things have to be crunchier and more textured...you just get used to one way then its time to change again :)

Enjoy the real food - I was - then in 6 days I was back to liquids!

It's a funny old game isn't it? I don't want to give up slider foods forever though, I love cottage pie!
 
I love cottage cheese and tuna mashed with sweetcorn and that's soft food but I also think full of protein and healthy too so that will stay on my menu :)

Try not to worry val! You'll smash it you will be absolutely fine just take things slow and remember protein first x x

Had a great weekend..really enjoyed all the bonfire festivities, and I was very good with my meals too.. still extremely hungry though :)

Good advise, every time I sit down to a meal I always look at my plate and eat the protein first, :)
 
So Im back after my weekend
Im really nervous to get on scales as I don't feel I have lost this week, Im getting really screwed up by the needle on the scales and have to remind myself Im in this for the long run so I wonder wether to wait for my fill and official weigh in at THG group next Tuesday 12th..
I think I might because if the weight isn't coming off as I expect it too I would be disappointed
Im doing all the right things so fingers crossed

Also on a plus I now feel well enough and have energy to do exercise, you all know I have a mobility disability but my exercise bike has been resurrected and is ready to go.. :)
 
Awww fabulous glad to hear you are well val! Just remember as you told me last week its not all about what the scale says! Maybe you should start taking measurements aswell. 1 week you may not lose but might have lost from your measurements x x
