How odd, it was my second fill when the nurse couldn't find my port. I've not had an issue since then, with the same nurse for every fill, fingers crossed you don't either.
How many mls do you have now Val?
I told my dietician I was snacking, as long as they were planned snacks rather than a bag of donuts she was fine with that and told me not to let myself get starving hungry or it's more likely I'll eat too fast when I do get to eat, then end up sticking and damaging the band.
It takes some work, doesn't it? x
Oh poor you Val, I'm sorry to hear it was all so traumatic.
However, it seems it bit weird for her to say the port has flipped or moved when she still managed to do the fill.
I do wonder if it was just her?
Anyway, don't panic too much just yet, wait and see what happens after your next fill - which is a day after mine! We have caught up with each other now
I do hope it makes a difference anyway, and I'm glad they told you to eat a bit more, I was feeling like a right pig reading what you're eating lol
Hi BB

Oh we have caught up that will be great!!
Did you see a big difference when you had you last fill..I saw at beginning you were having some difficulty eating..Im on liquids again toaday then Mushies tomorrow so I will see how it go's
Omg..Omg..Omgoodness...just got back from slimming world and I lost 3 pounds this week..
that's right I said 3 bloody pounds...
The scales are just one pound different from THG...but doesn't matter as long as any scale keeps going down that's all that matters....
Phewwwwwwwwwwwwwww
I actually thought I had stopped loosing weight
Yes, I did struggle to start with, it was very tight! However it's loosened off now and I can eat more.
Not as much as before though, I'm really starting to see how this thing works.
I had some yummy chilli rice crackers this evening, then only hate half my dinner. Ooops.
YAAAAAAAAAAY!
Fabulous loss, well done hunni, you deserve it.
