Kirsty, I just stuck to liquids that day, didnt eat anything for around 3hrs before, had last drink around 1hr before...although i maybe confusing that with the xray fill...liquids after for sure though!

well tonight all i managed for dinner was 3/4 of gluten free fishcake from M&S..total bargain and my dad loved them...i had 3 chips as well as wee treat, all fresh as well.

I had a snack/lunch of 3 mini finger sized fajitas for lunch which were yummy

still under 800 cals for the day



I have a sore lump on my side pinches etc, just where my ribs end... not sure what it is but keen to get to the docs on friday to get it checked out, thinking maybe pulled wee muscle or something! x

I seem to have one part of my body that always blooming hurts from pulling muscles these days. Hope you're doing ok Hun xx

Oh so I bought this sheer dress thing today...bit unsure of it...can I wear this with boots and black tights or will it look stupid!?

Oh and hopefully tights will suck it in anyway..but my tummy sticking out but...

Morning Girls!! Just had to share my Sunday news.....just before TOTM...another 1.5lbs down....so 2.5lbs this week! That's me officially hit 3.5stone and 1/4lb loss!!! 3/4lb to say 50lbs lost! Feels like took forever to get that last 1/2 stone, but hopefully now it may speed up with my band being at 3.5ml!! So surprised as thought maybe gain with TOTM as well...I think gonna show up today! Off out shopping today, have christmas night out next Saturday so looking for something to wear for it!! X

Aw thank you love! Was looking for a black dress but thought it might be ok, need to see what it's like with tights though as its but sheer! Failing that I have some lovely leggings that look like tights!

Thank you love, hope more goes from my tummy and hips as they are my main problem areas!!!

Wish I could help out but I have no idea about fashion lol. Boots and tights sound good to me though :0) and the dress is lovely. Looking fab

Lovely colour hun! Boots are fine, or maybe thick tights and ankle boots? Bought a lush pair from primark on the weekend, £12 They have brown or black And they do them in a wide fit x x

Aw they are lovely!! Never been able fit in primark clothes hopefully this year!!! X

I have pair ankle boots black with but gold on them and think maybe ok...the tights I have are thicker so check what like on!!
