Hey everyone!!!

Just finished work so no Aquafit tonight!

Restriction is still going good!!!

TOTM is still not here, although got the cramps for it!!! X

I only managed few mouthfuls of my stir fry tonight then little later had light custard pot so about 600cals today!!

Another long day tomorrow..12hrs!!

Christmas shopping is nearly done thankfully!!

Oh how could I forget to mention... Weeks back I had issues with jeans falling down...well I had same pair smaller in a size 22 this time......yes...same issue...only unpacking the shopping in kitchen and fell down! Another one bites the dust!!! Xx

well as TOTM has yet to make its appearance I decided to scare myself and jump on the scales and low and behold...17st 6...so thats exactly 50lbs loss!!!

So happy that was a mini milestone for me!!! 6more lbs to my next 1/2 stone loss!

No weigh ins till TOTM is gone!!

last nights dinner, almost 1/2 small sirloin fat off before cooking and couple spoons mash!

Checked the buffet and there are a few things I will be ok with eating!! No alcohol for me!!

Well I just weighed myself and I'm 17st 5.75lbs, so 1/4lb loss during my TOTM!

I didn't feel as bloated that's why I tried, hoping it shows bit extra in the morning!! X
