Cough is in my chest think need to get to the docs tomorrow for some antibiotics! Been exhausted all day and can't stop coughing! Think gonna be a long night, even with the Vicks on xx

Thanks girls! I struggled through rest of work...sweating and pale...my manager said looked like ghost!!

Glad to be home, keep going hot and cold and head is bursting!!! Not even thought about my weight this week although not been bad!

Not even had chance to go through your diaries to see how ur getting on, I will over next day or two!!

Oh well that made me feel better...weighed in from Monday till now 1.75lbs! So 52.5lbs loss altogether!

2.5lbs to go to my 4stone mark!!!

Away to fall asleep after all that excitement lol xx

Yeah il need to read it and catch up, we are doing amazing!!

Nearly into the 16s for me...esp as i started at 21 stone when i started, it feels more when i say it like that!!

Hey everyone, still feeling pretty crappy!

came home, washing machine not working, ended up with it dismantled to remove a blockage from a bathroom rug i washed (it said it could be) 3hrs later i was ready to drop and i wasnt even doing the work!

Had a bath and little dinner, spent most night propped up in bed feeling sorry for myself!!

Still happy with my weightloss granted, but long way to go...nearly at that 4st mark which is great!

was checking since my last fill around 20 oct, I have lost 6.8lbs which is great as was bit slow prior to that!!

I hope the weightloss keeps going, cant wait to be thinner on holiday this coming year! 2015 is going to by my year!!!

Just feel like stuff won't come up but have more Vicks on!

Oh my parcel from M&S arrived this morning with my bargain boots and tops! Got my mum a couple tops as well as she dropped from 26-14 size past year as wasn't well and nothing fits her, so been buying a new wardrobe of stuff over last month for her!
