My Post OP (Band) Journey 2014 onwards

Well pleased you are feeling a little better, doing right thing about the aqua fit, start a fresh in the new year.

Well feeling so much better today, almost back to 100%!

Haven't bothered to weigh myself since Monday, trying the once per week thing!!

Off tomorrow so looking forward to getting some things done that been waiting to do all week!

Working Friday and overtime Saturday so short weekend but nearly time for my last 'fat' christmas!! Hopefully!! I have 6 days off work over Christmas then have New Year's Day so should be good!! Not got lot planned, just dinner in the house, minimal so can control the eating!! Think have filet steak for a wee change! Less fuss as family don't eat that much either, so less waste and washing up!

so glad that you are feeling better hun...try not jump in at the deep end though when you're working so hard coz it will soon catch up with you again. Take care hun x

Just thinking of where you, Karina and myself were only a few months ago. Feart of the unknown so much heavier. Messaging each other like mad before our op. This is going to be a fab 2015 for us and the other folks on the forum xxx
