Is it just me or is everyone's internal clock messed up with the holidays??? Felt like all day yesterday was Sunday and this is monday!! On plus side it's Friday and I'm off for the weekend xx

I never know which day it is...it's like having dementia! People look at you funny when you have to work out where in the week you are!
Well I'm off out with the dog this morning then I'm having a steady one! Off now until Tuesday

Well today I tried to eat twice and my band felt super tight!! Not sure why...not stressed or anything..seem to have certain days it's tighter than others! V strange xx hopefully get a wee loss by Sunday for weigh day...!!

Anyways..off to change some clothes I got my mum for Christmas as wrong size...just bad as me lol!! Not got lot else planned!!
