Hey girls...well I ordered a fillet steak with salad and mash...managed 4bites before the Foam decided to visit...the steak was little more cooked than I'd liked and I think would been fine if been rare...was fine on Friday with it...oh well the pup will enjoy it when I get home lol xx

Only mages to buy pair trousers pink t shirt out marks spencer ..mum bought few things and new bag! Still got loads money and vouchers to spend so may go back in as didn't get round lot shops as spent hour at jewellers getting my dads new watch changed as was faulty xx

Hope everyone has had a lovely Sunday xx 7500 steps today so shopping has a multi purpose lol xx

Oh no I've not dared to try steak since been banded,in fact since my last fill I've only had salmon and sausage,the thought of chewing meat to death puts me right off lol

Usually steak is ok if I chew it well..It just wouldn't cooperate and I physically couldn't tey again! The pup loved it though lol!!

Thank goodness the music was loud in the toilets as I'm sure I would sounded lovely gagging lol xx

I once got kicked out of weatherspoons (well they tried) as I was dumping and went to the toilet so I could chill out, but the pain and horrible, hot/cold/nausea etc.....I can be a bit vocal 'huffing and puffing and moaning.....begging the feeling to go away....'ouch ooooh please stop, oh my god, ooooh noooo please stop......' You can guess what they thought I was doing!!!!

I had a sharp knock on the loo door saying come on out now! I opened the door, to security pub manager and about 4 bar staff! My friends thought it was hilarious!!!!
