Oh well I love a new yoghurt I bought yesterday...Fage..total 0% with raspberry and pomegranate 170g...about 142cals for it all with 13grams protein ..carbs can increase a little 21g but nice as a wee change..was intending on buying the liberte ones Kirsty mentioned but none avail..so need to go to another store later in week!!

They don't do the liberte in my 2 supermarkets..luckily I love my peach danio!!

Supermarkets all vary don't they! Tesco don't do my peach danio either just mango so I use morrisons!

Chatting with my friend tomorrow that I'm going to visit to get an idea of what to do..possibly booking couple free nights at Mandalay bay...!

hi Sharon, I have to stay at Monte Carlo and my sister in law cant afford the Aria this year..boo...but I like the Monte Carlo so I will survive!!
we have 3 nights in LA first in a lovely hotel before driving up to Vegas to meet her and the family. Im in Vegas from the 7th for 5 nights before heading to Laughlin...now I totally recommend a night at The Golden Nugget at Laughlin, its my favourite place in the whole world, its just got everything.

I now have 40k gold myvegas coins...see what I use mine for.

I get wait to get back to Caesar's and also see the Bellagio fountains.....oh roll on. Im out there 3 weeks in all....cant wait.

ahh i was looking at Monte Carlo, its right next to Aria, if i remember right...

speaking to my friend about it, but at moment im thinking the 10th and 11th at a hotel, like look of mandalay bay, but think its bit further down the strip...myvegas used to do rooms at aria and vdara, not sure why they dont anymore as they would been my picks! the mgm and nyny have 1 night available...

was also contemplating either red rocks casio or green valley ranch - as a separate stay! i have been saving my chips for 3 years, so have nearly 1 million and struggling to spend them!! i dont want to go out of my way to use them, just cause...they can always be used in the future!

so if i get mandalay bay, i can get $25 dollars in free play...plus 2 breakfast buffets (or a dining credit) and thats around 300,000 chips.

may well just say stuff it and book aria or cosmo depending on the cost!!

sooo exciting!!! I wish it was sooner, but i want to lose more by then lol!

I have World Traveller + seats which should be good, would loved to experience club world but couldnt justify the extra £600!

105 days to go for me! so 104 for you!!

Sharon it's the big asda I have to go to for them. Tesco do a range of 0% but they are not nice. They do a 3% fat peach one it's ok.....but the lemon ones out of this world and are well worth the trip and reduced to £1 for 4. The usually have a good shelf life so I buy 12 or 16. They come in packs of 4
