Aww Hope the pup is better Heres the diet coke chicken With the dutch crisp bread its 10 carbs, that a small bowl, with a teaspoon Its so easy to make, and lush x x x

Oh Karina..that Tesco...you never know lol...my elec toothbrush died and I can't get replacement heads for it anyway so been using a regular one..miss it lol...the girl at the till said she would have a wee look in the back for me and keep me one if she sees any..prob won't but was nice of her to offer!! X

Oh Daisy that looks bloody amazing!! That's on my list for sure this week!!!

I got some of those crispbreads (kelkin) that dreamer posted the other week..but got them from tesco as on offer for £1..have little choc on top and I think about 83cals and 10g carbs...not lot protein but nice wee sweet fix if don't want yoghurt!! and gluten, wheat etc free xx

Wow you are making me feel hungry, the chicken dish looks really good.
Can't beat Scottish haggis, will be getting a few when I am there in March.

I've got scrambled egg on the menu this week!! Mmmm I love eggs...glad I can tolerate them some people have had big issues with them!

The quickest snack I make are slices of ham, spread with laughing cow blue cheese, roll them up with tiny yellow plum tomatoes With a cracker or ryvita for crunch I also keep ready boiled eggs just in case I'm starving I chop them up with a little bit of mayo x x x
