Sharon if you have a bad back go to an osteopath...seriously.
For 13 i have had a knackered disc in my back at L5, thats the lumbar. It started from horse riding and falling off and generally over doing it. A few years ago ut was so bad I was nearly in a wheel chair. I was sent to a physio who totally knackered me, told me it was my hips then i was sent to another one, told me one leg was longer than theother, they put my in hospital with their pulling and stretching. I then went to an Osteo on someones recommendation, oh my god after one session I could have cried, the pain relief after 18 months in a total mess was amazing. I spent £1000 getting myself right but oh my god now my back is amazing, my disc is still damaged but their work has meant the muscles done lock up, my disc is held in place as a result. I would plead with anyone with a bad back please dont go to a physio...go to the osteo, they understand the spine and the muscles. I have no hip problem and no leg shorter than the other, it was the muscles trying to protect my back that contracted and gave this look. Now i have my pain free life back its amazing...
If you only listen to my giving one piece if advice its on this!! X
