Are u doing shakes Sharon I might do them tomorrow for a couple of days need to lose at least 2lb this week x
Yeah love, wanted to try kickstart my losses again as been slowing down! Taking either a Ufit or upbeat shake for breakfast and lunch then normal dinner (small amount carbs) plus loads protein then a wee protein yoghurt! Hopefully it kicks me back onto losses!!!
I love the upbeat shakes. X
