Hey all! Hope your all good!!

This week going good so far for eating!! Hopefully get weekly loss, did be bad and jumped on scale and was down another 1/4lb yesterday...but not going to weigh in again until Saturday as don't want to get into that rut again of being a slave to the scales!

On an unrelated note...I attempted to measure my bra size which if I done it correctly came in at 44g!!! I must been wearing wrong size for ever!! Going to get fitted properly the next time I'm in town though!

12 HR shift today, then busy next couple days!

You ain't on your own Kar with the shrinking but I'm far too old to be worrying about them now lol and have only every seen them as tools to feed my babies lol...Sharon you are doing so well hun. I know what you mean about being a slave to the scales as I still get on them every morning. I tried storing them away to stop me but it was just causing me too much anxiety so they are back in the bathroom lol. 12hr shifts yuk hubby works them so I don't envy you hun.

I know! I'm sure they don't look that big either..good change I have measured wrong, but they defo have reduced in size since the Op!

Yeah thankfully don't have to do 12hrs everyday, just occasionally!!

Oh I can't wait for even the flight, loved flying, just always stressed about the seat belts! This time il be thinner and also be in World traveller plus, which only done virgin prem economy and once in upper, so hoping it's similar!

I wanted to try upgrade my inbound to clubworld, may have enough avios by then..14,400 at the minute which I think u can upgrade and pay the taxes but only if seats are available?

See nearer the time!

Sharon it's 12k avoids to upgrade one cabin from the one you paid for. You can only upgrade one cabin class though
