I hate. Migraine I have extreme attacks and often end up in hospital when I do get them so my heart goes out to you hun. Is there a trigger that starts you off? Mine is coz of photosensitive epilepsy so I try avoid specific things. It takes days to get over a mild attack. Sending you huge hugs hun. Xxx

Thanks ladies! Feeling better today but very tired..think been bit stress and dealing with new projects at work..that's only thing I can think that's triggered it!? It was horrible, wouldn't wish it on my enemies!!

Weight front..bit blah this week as been feeling crap been trying to eat a little more so goodness knows what will happen on Saturday!! I'm not sweating it as was good loss last week! But fingers crossed for a loss all the same!!

if you're busy and unwell too worrying about a loss or gain is the last thing you need hun feet up n chill until you recover. A migraine can bring you down for days as your body try's it's best to compensate hence the energy loss. Take care hun thinking of you xx

I was so jealous of you guys going to Vegas, that I booked to go the end of August Woop woop woooooooop I thought what the heck, we have had a hard few months, and we have saved a fortune on meals out (cut down) and drinks out (mega cut down) So the Aria 2 weeks end of August BOOOOOOOOM

Ahhhhhahahhhaha LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I literally just booked 2 free nights at Myvegas at Mandalay Bay!!!

We are just waiting to book a tour on Sunday 10th so that afternoon/evening will probably be good but I will let you know!!!! Excited!!!!

Daisy..you will pee your pants with excitement!!! August will be scorching!!! You won't have known heat like it!! 2 weeks will be great, time to do everything!

I have no set plans of yet but I'm sure il be about and around! My friends stay about 10/15mins away from the strip so easy enough to get there otherwise I will be on the strip 11th and 12th!!

Well ladies I stayed the same which I partly expected as my eating was up and down with feeling ill all week!! Hopefully pull it back next week!!!

Rainy weekend so won't be doing anything too exciting!!
