Those macaroons look lush!

Macaroons

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 40

Ingredients

4 Large Egg Whites
1 Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 c. Granular Sweetener - for sugar-free I recommend Candarel or Splenda
8 oz. Finely Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
Dark Chocolate Bar (optional)
Directions

In a clean stainless steel bowl, with electric beaters, whip egg whites with salt until stiff peaks start to form.
Add in sweetener and continue to beat until really stiff.
With a rubber spatula, gently fold in coconut.
Using a small cookie scoop, drop cookies on parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Outside should be golden and inside slightly soft.
Let macaroons completely cool on rack and then drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

Got a good idea from the mail to make icecream (sort of)

Freeze a ripe banana solid, then blend with a teaspoon of peanut butter

Oopsey..... i've got one of those yonanna machines lol lots of recipes too lol only trouble is .......... frozen bananas taste really strong....so you get the consistency of ice-cream but after taste of banana lol :rolleyes: used it a couple of times now just a kitchen ornament lol maybe come summer lol with peanut butter sounds lush tho :)

i like to watch them too LOL mad fools we are lol ..... my fav program used to be the biggest loser usa .......a real motivator x x x
 
It's good..it's a spin off from this girl who is about 400lbs but as a child was a great dancer so she started putting videos on you tube of her dancing now and due to being a hit they made a documentary/reality show but so far I've seen her dance once! Rest of it she is looking for a bloke!!
 
Hey all!

Oh I felt ill yesterday!!! Not sure what was wrong whether it was tension or just illness but had a migrane all day which I tried to put up with all day while taking ibuprofen, tried to eat yoghurt for breakfast, chicken for lunch And tea through day..thought was cause hadn't eat enough but felt physically sick last night, ended up home at 8pm and went straight to bed couldn't eat or drink anything...woke up at 11 as the dog wanted out again and managed a glass of milk and few spoons of spaghetti and back to bed with the weirdest dreams! Feel a little better today but think I'm burnt out, my holidays can't come soon enough!!

Popped on the scales yesterday and was same as Saturday so who knows if il lose anything this week!!

Hopefully today will go quickly and I can get home and have a bath! (Showers just ain't the same when you don't feel well)
