I know I thought the same, the comment must have made Nicola feel very vulnerable! I think it was a knee jerk reaction and Nicola has ask for that not to happen let's hope they respect her on that!! C

i really feel for her right now not only is she living this nightmare but someone who maybe wants to be helpful by bringing attention to her plight is just making matters worse for her

This is in sept 2013 the second today 2 weeks post op. Have lost 3 stone 2 lbs since first pic taken, 1 stone of that has been in the last 2 weeks post surgery.

I've never had one but have looked after lots of patient with them when I worked on the gastroenterology ward at Southampton. It's not something to worry about Nicola, once they start feeding you through it you WILL feel better. Have you got mouth spray? Your husband can get it in the dental department of boot. (Dry mouth spray) that will help to. This is the start of you getting better!!!! X
