Has anyone experienced dumping whilst out? Im in the middlee of west quay. Has 4 mouthfuls of white fish and im now sat out of breath, pins ans needles

Yes, I dumped on a Costa coffee in the middle of a town centre.....I had to quickly find a hotel and use their bathroom, then went straight to the car and went home. Luckily I was with my partner as I went all dizzy when we were walking to the car and I needed his support.

I'd advise 20 mins rest in your car if you can xxx

Well I had white fish because id had it before, its high in protein and I thought a good healthy lunch. I didnt expect to dump on it, which sucked. Thankfully it passed quite quickly, first I felt sick, then became breathless, went Ice cold and had pins and needles and the shakes. I sat still for half hour and although I still felt drunk I managed to get up and carry on walking around.

Oh! Yeah went in the disney store and treated myself to brand new size M pyjamas, dressing gown and slippers, bambi and thumper, my favourite! With the hopes that next winter ill be down to 14-16 and can fit my big butt in them!

I have a lovely fleecey dressing gown that I don't want to get rid of, I'll just wrap it around my skinny self cause I can't do it at the moment!! Lol
