Hey everyone, glad to hear the weightloss is going well for everyone. I have steadied out and lose an average of 3.5 pounds per week now, just over a stone a month so I hope it continues!! Total loss is 4.5 stone since starting the milk diet and I feel so much better for it, still a long away to go but it feels a lot closer now.
Food wise I can eat most things, haven't tried bread, pasta or rice yet, think I will leave it a bit longer. I am sick after meals sometimes but I haven't mastered slow and small yet, I think I was feeling I should be eating more than just a couple of teaspoons but my pouch doesn't want it! I'm glad to see most if you are only eating a few teaspoons the same as me. Not had any dumping but only eat tiny tries of sweet things occasionally.
It's my birthday on Friday (big 40 gulp) and I've got friends round for drinks, I've ordered some crystal light and going to try a tiny amount of vodka in it to celebrate so fingers crossed I don't get any ill effects from it. I have been in a quandary whether to drink or not for weeks but have decided to try one very weak glass and sip slowly, none of my friends know I've had the op so they will think its strange I'm not drinking so I'm going to have two drinks in the go, one without alcohol and hope I don't get sussed, has anyone else tried alcohol yet?
