Hi Ladies My operation got cancelled today, so I am now on for 19th November hopefully. Good luck with your LSD, and your operations. I have just done two weeks on the milk diet and lost 1 stone 5 lb

First of all sorry about op being cancelled . Its not that far away hun soon be here well done with that weight loss tho. Do you have to stay on it now or do it again???? Sorry to hear that Ps i will put you on our list x

muzkirsty i find this easier than having to do three low cal meals a day . I think i would cheat other wise. Im doing 2x slim fast meals and 1x 300cal eve meal . X

Surgeon told me to have a blow out tonight, I fancied fish and chips I could only eat a couple so not much of a blow out
Back on LSD tomorrow, yes not long to the 19th.

You will be fine as least you havnt got to do it for four weeks. What day do you start as your op is 1 day in front of me.All the best gweni x

In some sort of a way I find this easier as if you look at my diary I over did it with the salad I was only to have a side plate I ate a large plate .I know you may say its only salad but I cant be trusted around real food. Tomorrow is day 2.How you doing ???? x

I replied to ur thread, said about using take away containers (I have loads....opps). could be worth a try.
im doing ok, find im not actuly eating as much as it says I can.but today I did and now stupidly feel guilty about it.
im just starting to fret that ill get an infectiin or break a leg and surgery will be cancelled lol.
glad u found day one ok. just think its all worth it x

Got it sorry crossed lines lol.Yes it will be worth it hopefully. You sound like me I get a lot of chest infections and hopeing I dont get one nearer my date. Got pre assessment Monday . Had smear today hate those really do just hope that comes back ok any way onwards and upwards.

The first few days were hard but I found after a while I got used to it and gig into a routine. At least once you're on the LSD you know you're one step closer. Stay strong, I know you'll do it x
