Regarding the get together, does anyone know any venues that are likely to be quieter.
A restaurant / cafe may be better than a bar - we could have a low fat, low salt, low sugar, small portion meal lol

what about one of those costas / starbucks or similar ?

I was in the metro centre tonight, there is a Costa inbetween the green and blue quadrant i.e. "The Village", because it is tucked out of the way it is more quiet and it has loads of room. I can get my decaf coffee there yum! The easiest way is via the blue quadrant, you go upstairs and head for KFC then you will see the cut by Collectables, you just walk through the village and at the other end is Costa Coffee.

3.30 ok for me im shopping on my own any way step daughter shopping with her mam step son going to his nans my 2 boys going to my mams on friday night and there dad picking them up after work on sat i wont no what to do with myself no kids on a sat that never happens and terry said he would put tea on after he picks kids up (what biss)

Hi everyone.
I've been staying at my brothers for a week, minding his kids whilst he was in Texas, so no time to go on the computer !
Had my second appointment at Sunderland yesterday. I'm very shamefaced as i had put weight on, but thankfully they still have faith in me because of my previous weight loss and have just set me a "tougher" (their words !) weight loss target for my next appointment.
Those arrangements for Saturday sound fine to me - i'm looking forward to catching up with everyone x x
