Procedure for Sunderland

Hi everyone.
I've been staying at my brothers for a week, minding his kids whilst he was in Texas, so no time to go on the computer !
Had my second appointment at Sunderland yesterday. I'm very shamefaced as i had put weight on, but thankfully they still have faith in me because of my previous weight loss and have just set me a "tougher" (their words !) weight loss target for my next appointment.
Those arrangements for Saturday sound fine to me - i'm looking forward to catching up with everyone x x
Sarah - when did you sneak in ! About time mind you....

hi jayne, sorry to hear that you have gained weight, what target have they set you to loose for your next appointment ?

im also looking forward to saturday to see everyone again and meet the newbies that will be joining us.

well im now packing kids off to there nans till tomorrow night so unless my bl***y car wont start ill be there.
my oh said something last night he said if there is 1 thing to come out off being big is that im starting to meet new friends and new friends are always a good thing so for all the times im very sick of being big think of the new friends i will have .

just reminder about tomorrow we are meeting in the metrocentre at 3.30 at costa coffee . these are the directions from lesley110...

The easiest way is via the blue quadrant, you go upstairs and head for KFC then you will see the cut by Collectables, you just walk through the village and at the other end is Costa Coffee.

Excellent I am soooooo glad I will know someone there. I was going to take my hubby but he will be working abroad and I don't really want anyone else to know

I really enjoyed meeting everyone yesterday. It has made me all the more determined that this is definately the way forward. I am looing forward to the group session on the 10th and looking even more to our next meeting.
