Every morning I'm having the Bassett's chewy one we had on pre-op & fast tab as the fast tab is for tummy acid.
I went to Boots yesterday and they had no chewy A-Z or Zinc. Not a happy rabbit. Scared I'm going to go bald & was hoping the Zinc would help lol.

Cheers that's the ones Iv got just didnt no if jelly type was ok. Don't worry about going bold lol you can buy that special shampoo that's used for horses that's meant to be great, and always extensions you can get nice weave like extensions now. How's your eating going how much you managing ? X

Hellooooo lol. Im doin ok....struggled to eat n drink much over last few days so no weight loss for me by wed prob lol....think im gettin a bug tho n its puttin me off eatin/drinkin....i jst need to sleep!!! Bassets chewy i have aswel n also the fast tabs for 1 month. Excellent weight losses for yous both!! Xx

Nothing worse than a bug and so close to surgery, every one hear is spluttering and sneezing I'm just hoping it's what I had before my op so I won't catch it again. Just forget about eating and concentrate on getting fluids in and milky drinks. Hope you feel better soon. X x x

Im guna try sum scrambled egg later just 1 egg but milkier than normal to get it dwn easier and hope i can get a boost from it...jst feel totally washed out n drained...guna try doin less around the house aswel as ive got loads of help but tend to feel guilty wen im not doing anything so i keep doin bits n bobs lol...nothing heavy but its obvs draining me wat im tryin to do.
My hair is fine so far....hope it stays that way but if not def guna get extensions as ive wanted some for a while anyways so perfect excuse lol xxx

My sister is an extension specialist so I know I'll get a good deal if it comes to that lol. My hair is right down my back so I'm expecting to have to chop it off a fair bit.
Wencho I'd get yourself off to the Docs. Better safe than sorry. They might be able to give you something to help...
Silly question but I've been having showers and am dying for a bath! Do I have to wait until the glue drops off my wounds?

Ye Louise you have to wait till your wounds are fully healed before a bath. Don't no how long that will be I love my baths x

Ive still got plasters pads on mine wen the wounds opened apart from on 1 n thts healing nicely but although i could have a bath ive still stuck to showers as thts wat i usually have anyways. Been bk to bed n jst woke up agen stil not had food but had water so guna have a shower now to wake myself up and have the scrambled egg. My lovely mother in law is comin with pureed sunday dinner for me shortly aswel so il def start eatin agen cos its gorgeous! If tht doesnt happen to work then def trip to docs! Xx

Off to get bloods taken in a bit just wanted to share my news I'm officially in the 14 stones. I'm 14.13 haven't been here for a long time. Now putting scales away till next week lol. Hope everyone has a fab day speak soon x x x

Wow that's great loss Louise Hope you manage to get a better night sleep tonight, is it just pain that's keeping you up or lying upright ? X x x

Neither really. I can't take any pain relief as opiates make me violently sick & the paracetamol suspension does the same but luckily I'm not in too much pain just tired and stiff/crampy feelings in my tummy.
I've given up sleeping upright as it was making no difference hun.
I'm just having major trouble sleeping since the op and there's nothing I can take to send myself off to sleep. I've got my GP's nurse at 4 and I'll mention it then.

Don't worry Wencho I'm sure he didn't pop off for a cuppa & hob nobs when you were under lol.
My loss on the pre op was only 3lbs so assume my losses now are making up for my body holding onto the weight then.
I'm sure mine will slow down when yours speeds up & I'll be jealous!!!

Definitely worth a mention Louise as come 9 I'm shattered and could fall asleep on the spot. Try not to worry wencho some people stall or loose little weight in the first few weeks when healing I thought I'd be one if them, I put on 2 lb in hospital. I'm expecting some time within the next couple of weeks to have a few weeks stall as I'm normally a slow looser. I'm sure you will have a big loss soon as you were the same on your pre op diet then lost over 7 lb x

Yeh thats true...think im expecting too much even tho i no not to expect it lol....head games with myself i think haha. 1kg gone this week but not officially weighing until tmoro mornin so hope anutha 1kg is gone same as last week!
Woke up with stomach cramps this morn :-( in the process of dealin with that tho if u get me.....hahahha xx

Hi everyone how are you all doing ? I have officially came home today to my own house I'm still quite sore as I am getting quite alot of pains from cuts and stomach. I think it's all just knitting together and healing but hurting more lol. I phoned the secretary two days ago to see when I can start driving again and it's not until 6-8 weeks check devastated to say the least. Speak soon everyone x x x

Im ok now but still barely ate or drank this week...hopefully bug gone and i can get bk on track...2lb off this week but suprised at that with not havin much goin in it wil have been hangin on for dear life in there hahaha....not sleepin well tho....hence 4:45am postin lol....hows your losses going? Bet ur glad to be home suzie! Xx

Have you been to the docs wencho ? Hopefully you will start to feel better soon, try and have loads of milky drinks to up cals and the protein will help you get well. The food is hit and miss with me I was eating well but over the past 2 days have only managed to eat very little. It was so nice to sleep in my own bed last night x

No i didnt go...not much they wuda sed for a bug...i was takin the vitimins and havin a few cuppa soups n cuppas here n there tho to top me up. The sleepin has always been an issue tho so not surgery related lol. Makin a lovely chicken dinner tonight tho so wil have meat n veg pureed or maybe even just mashed up....mmmm lookin forward to tht! If u feel ur not eatin enuf u cud also try a cuppa soup tha easy to get dwn n quite fillin post op lol xxx
