It might just be needing more fluid then. I think I was on 2lts of milk and minimum 2lts of water a day too. I don't think I've peed as much in my life! I hope you can get treatment if required and you start to feel better x

Hi
I did the milk diet just before Christmas and had 5 pts of milk a day, 2 oxo drinks plus a minimum off 2 L of extra fluid each day. Loo paper bill rocketed that month and I nearly bought a new radio for the downstairs loo as I was spending so much time in there having a wee and I didn't want to lose out on Radio 4! Fortunately I didn't have any problems so I do think upping your fluid is necessary.
Hope you manage to get a timely GP appointment!

You might have to increase your fluid intake quite a lot on the milk diet. I landed in hospital from dehydration whilst on the 2 week milk diet. Hopefully you are feeling better already having increased your water intake now and good luck with your GP.
I have been on milk diet 3 weeks I lost a stone so really happy about that back at luton and dunstable hospital 14th Feb I hope they will be pleased too

Awww thank you Sandra .. But at the very beginning I was full of doubt and reading back through my diary I can see just how scared I actually was at beginning.. so take each day as it comes . Cope with each hour and the rest will fall into place .. weight loss surgery is a life changing " miracle " ..

I had to go the private route so once booked everything was very quick .. within a 2 week period I saw a nurse the week before and had bloods, swabs , weight , blood pressure and heart trace etc , I didn't see the anaesthetist until the morning of the op ..
What surgery are you having ?
