In the weight loss sence obviously, well done on the losses and good luck with the weigh ins. Im feeling pretty good actually, think this low carb thing suits me. Feel like I have lost weight but wont find out until clinic a week on tuesday. Fingers crossed.
Im trying to look at how my weight loss however slow and small is changing my life for the better every week. Things like more confidence, getting into clothes etc, instead of just obsessing about the pounds which really drives me crazy (Im an obsessive weigher). Anyway this week I have innitiated a bit of hanky panky with my lovely husband. Something I have not done through lack of confidence and hatred of my body for a long long time. Sorry if its a bit too much information but its a sucess for me and step along the road. Think he was pleased as well as it must make him feel more wanted.
Anyway, hope you dont mind me sharing. Just like to keep a track on my little successes.
