No Loss this week but only 12lbs to goal hopefully things will get moving next week and I admit I have not drunk as much fluids this week being up hosp visiting sis in law and my having migraine and not being 100% myself. Sorry i didnt post yesterday but i was very 'fragile' after saturday night.
1/4lb off this week, so not even worth changing my ticker for!
Booked my 1st fill for 2nd june so im excited for that. Portion sizes are going up.
At least its coming off!

Hey, it's my tuesday weigh in. 2lb off. To be totally honest I was hoping for a pound or 2 more. I only lost 1lb last week and I have a bit of restriction now due to last thursdays fill.
But, I know 2lb is great and I shouldn't scoff at it!
And...I bought size 20 jeans from asda yesterday which felt amazing!
