I must confess.............lazy Karen reared her ugly head last night. I had booked the gym for 8.15pm, but didn't go as I wanted to watch tv instead!!!!
OOPS!

Do you not get the feel good factor after you've exercised Karen?
That's what encourages me now as I know I feel so much better afterwards. It's like having free anti depressants injected into my system!!!

I still have lazy days, sometimes I listen to them other times I ignore them, and I def feel better if I ignore em :) xxx
 
Well done everyone, great losses.
I've lost 2lb finally taking me into the 15's. I don't feel as over the moon as I should be because I'm 15stone 13lbs 8oz!
so I could so easily pop back up to 16's. But "yay me" anyway.
And Rache, I know I'm rubbish. I would of felt good if I had gone to the gym. But I naturally try and avoid things that involve effort!

You're not rubbish Miss H it was your choice luvvie. We all need to do what we want from time to time. I've been hiding in my room all day instead of doing stuff cos I feel like it :) better get up soon or I will become attached to my bed!!!!!!

11lbs in two weeks. very happy but already my bad habits are getting to me...need to work harder, well done everyone x
 
Hi everyone,

Have not been on the internet for about 4 weeks i had 2 weeks of staying the same, Weight has started moving again last week which was a 3lb loss and just weight in today and i have lost 5lb this week which i am over the moon about not long till i am in the 13st and near my goal weight
 
i hang my head in shame....another STS and my fault!

no gym
and half way through i kinda 'gave up'! my carrots ran out and i didn go buy anymore so fingers started grabbing crap....plus having weird reaction to milk....so my protein shakes/slim fast making me feel sick/giving me the runs!

not good....

got a fill on tues though...need a dose of refocus....glad i got this thread keeps me on the straight and narrow!

well done karlene and Joanne...amazing losses!!
