It's official.....I'm middle-aged! 35 today.
I went out for a meal at lunchtime with family and was actually able to eat a full meal. Yay!!
I lost 2lb this week. Thanks body, best present ever!

hi guys weighing in a day early as out with work friends tonight to an italian (ooops!!! calories +++).

I have lost 2 lb this week. another 2lb to go to hit 4 stone off fingers crossed i will do it by the end of this month

I've lost 3lbs since Wednesday before my op but I'm not surprised really being on water and liquids only. Long may it continue

Booooo hissss...I gained a pound. To be expected really, I've had a shocking week, so glad it wasn't more.
Off to the barn dance and hog roast tonight in my size 18 top and size 20 jeans!
