Hey all, a pound off for me, which is a miracle really as it's my totm and I've eaten for Britain. (even had a chip shop tea yesterday!....I know!). Only 2lbs off 4 stone loss!

thanks TB.....u r so lovely and one of the nicest non judgemental ppl on this site (sorry i post less on here now as too many self righteous people who get on peoples backs for having a muffin etc (not so much the banders thankfully!).....come on now we wouldmt be here if we didnt have bad habits that take time to shift...sorry rant over!)
Sorry to hear you've experienced this MB, I must admit it's much harder than I thought it would be, and so easy to eat the wrong things, which is why we rely on this site for support. I thought I'd have a croissant for brekkie this morning, yes I knew it was wrong, but it was a lovely morning and we thought to have them in the garden would be a nice treat, however, it was the first time I'd tried them since my op, and oh boy, Madge-band hated them, and it all came back up on a positive note, I'll never eat them again lol. Please post more, I enjoy hearing from you.
I'm gonna start weighing on a Saturday now to get in line with this thread...I had been weighing on a Wednesday because it was the day before my surgery...and last Wednesday I had lost 3lbs. But I'm gonna stop stressing about the scales too much. WW and Scottish Slimmers make you live by the scales and I hated it. I feel so much better already so thats everything really.
MB- don't stress about STS...it'll fall off in its own time. xx
Bless you magic. The thing about this site and life is that it takes all sorts to make a world. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and you are not going to like everything that you read. Draw from the positive and ignore the negative. If it gets too much step away but do come back - the support is vital - don't try and do it on your own. We cannot afford to keep losing bandits. We owe it to Neen and Mazza and the long term bandits to keep posting. Whatever wls you have it is always going to be a personal experience for you - your journey and you will do it your way. Some people may feel what you are doing is not right - but it is your body and at the end of the day it if you screw up you are going to be paying the price - no one else.:grouphugg:for all of us and I mean everyone who is waiting or has had wls of any kind. It is not an easy road
Morning all, going away for the weekend today so thought I'd weigh in today. Lost 2 and a half pounds this week and am really pleased with that and how my second fill seems to be making such a difference!

I lost 2lbs this week. Bit disappointed because I've been really strict with my food but I've read on here that starting the sloppy food can slow it all down. But I've been putting all my food into the MyFitnessPal food diary and it tells me having about 800-900 calories a day and then saying its not enough and my body will go into starvation mode but I can't get any more in really. What does everyone think?
sarah and mrsphill u both done AWESOME!! i have lost a pound but im quite pleased with that as have hit a plateau!! anyways....i think it gets me out of obese range?! lemme check!!

Some very impressive losses there. Sarah do not worry about getting under 200 pounds - you will. I am a long, long way from that - and it is going to take a long time - but slow and steady wins the race.
