The Banders Saturday Weigh In

Merry Xmas all .well done on the losses especially at this time of year .i had my de fill and it's been great . I'm able to eat normal foods again .Thats 5.75 in a 10 ml band .i
I think I still eat too quickly .x happy new year all .Liz x
 
Woohoo lost 2lb this week.... Bit of a surprise really :)
Been awful for 2 weeks put 6lb on, so only 4lb to go get back before my next fill. (Can't wait for that)!!!

Well I gained 2lbs over the past 7 days. No surprises there. I dont mind being at 10st 5lbs as I look healthier ... just need to remember christmas is over and stop the grazing on choccies and pastries which seem to go down through that band a real treat. All the unhealthy stuff apart from one mince pie has disappeared. Band friendly food again for me from this morning!

Well done anyone who has lost this week :D
 
I managed to stay the same on work scales yesterday. Over the moon. Been good food wise but have drank more wine than I should!
 
1.5 on this week first gain since op and only shocked that it was only 1.5lb after the naughty things I've eaten!! Back to normal!! Christmas over phew!
 
I put on 1lb over the last 2 weeks bearing in mind i ate loads of junk i'm ecstatic it wasnt more. Made the most of my last xmas before i get to my sweet spot. Next Christmas will be much different
 
I missed a sat weigh in! I was 15.9 last weigh in on here and now 15.7.5. I did go down to 15.5 last week but put 2.5 lbs on over Xmas!! Would have been a lot more going on my hips pre band though!
I went in to Christmas expecting to put a pound or three on though. In the grand scheme of things, a loss would have felt great but I had a much merrier Christmas than I would of if I'd behaved x

Bought a new dress (with tags) from EBay, it's an 18 so I can't wait to be able to fit into it! Hope it arrives quickly. Also bought a size 18 coat in the sale online from Newlook.
 
Everyone seems to be coping well, mine was 6lb gain - ashamed of myself. :)
Pixie I'm same weight as you exactly, you are doing fab. Gemby look how far you have come, amazing progress.

I thought I was the same with no gain ..
well that was yesterday lol today I'm up 3lb but can't say I don't know why lol
It's. Christmas and wine time and I only got banded 3 weeks ago yesterday but I knew getting banded before Christmas was the right thing for me to do because 2013 it's full steam ahead ... My 1st fill is on the 5th and I start the gym the 7th iv 5 stone to loose before the summer .... Well that's the plan
 
cut back to sensible eating again ie band friendly food first (then too full to eat too many of the choccies/pastries etc) since saturdays weigh in and those two pounds gained have dropped back off again. why put off till tomorrow what you can do today? get back refocussed again today banders and start the new year feeling good :D

Gosh that's going to be hard choosing your dress when you're changing shape and size every 6-8 weeks! Might have to be a last minute purchase! As you may make a 14 too :) congrats x
 
I am buzzing!! I fit into a size 18 dress today!! A proper 18, not Inspire @ newlook 18. I bought myself a size 16 dress to shrink into as well in the future. I honestly thought it was s mistake until I tried a few more things on. I don't/can't seem to let myself believe I am now an 18 just incase it was a fluke! I bought a few really nice things in the sale & it felt great to look through racks I have walked past & dared not flick through in case I liked something. :)

Well after 2 weeks of wine and cheese with the odd chocky thrown in! oh and normal food I am 1lb down !!!

Over the moon with that, would have took a STS.

Dont update ticker till I get weighed at THG but keep a check on work scales x
