I'm back from grocery shopping with some cherry tomatoes, lettuce, melon, watermelon, grapes, cucumbers. Hope to fit all this healthy food in my wee stomach as the dietitian recommended.
Today I'll experiment barley salad: 30g. barley, tuna and tomatoes.
