Thank you I feel like a child waiting for Christmas or birthdays I just want it to come so I can start living again. Is that how everyone feels or is it just me being daft.

We are all different. I had not stopped living so I didn't feel like that. Things are a darn sight easier now though

Jackie, that's exactly how I feel. I've got loads of plan for when I'm under 20st includng training for a triathalon.

Have I mentioned how much I love yoga? Having started in march when I never thought I'd be able to lift myself up, hold stick pose and what exactly are abdominals! I can't believe how far I've come and I love it.

Wish my chest would disappear so it wasn't in the way

Thoroughly recommend it.

I really like the idea of doing something like yoga as its low impact, but I'm not mobile enough yet. I'd never get up off the floor at the mo! If i get on the floor at home, i have to shuffle around until i can find something to help me get up! lol. can you imagine me doing that in a yoga class?! Maybe in a year I'd love to swim too, but won't dare get in a swimming costume. I'd scare anyone in the pool with my legs that are starting to resemble a sharpei dog!!

TMI COMING UP ..I have, however, been considering a first time ever bikini line waxing in preparation for my holidays as I intend to make full use of the pools on my cruise ..let's just say I don't want any stragglers . Holiday is over seven weeks away so I may talk myself out of it by then

We have a private pool for hols this year. Can't wait! Bought myself swimming shorts too to cover the worst bits!
