Hi, I'm good too thanks, 10 weeks to go. Really hoping to make this band work afterwards as I'm only five pound less than when i started this journey last may! :-( determined to get out walking with that pram! X

Thank u Meggie. A long time ago I wrote on here about my sister in law and that I wanted to be thinner than her well saw her today and she's lost weight not a lot but means iv got further to go to catch up with her .***** .

Lol Sod's law - but you can and will do it, good to have something to aim for ( she prob list weight because of the weight you lost - she's running scarred lol)

On week 3 of my program and ran for 3mins twice this morning feeling good.

Last Monday I weighed myself and I was 13.12 this Monday I'm 13.7. Incredible iv lost 5 lb in a week after being the same for so long .iv really been working hard these last few weeks 1000 calories a day very strick and exercising using my podcast from nhs website but I must say when people talk about hitting your sweet spot its so true when your there it does work but it still take a lot of will power cause you could still it crap if u wanted too. Don't give up.
 
Did anyone see Allison moyet on this morning this morning she has lost so much weight I wonder if she's had some surgery she looks fantastic so skinny and heathly .
 
I saw her on the One Show the other day, she looks fab. I think she must have had something done don't you? she has been out of the limelight for a while though so might have been more gradual.

Well done on the running too, I have downloaded the NHS podcast and hope to start it this week :eek:)
 
The only thing I would say is the music is terrible but after wk2 you can listen to your own music when u need to run for 3 mins just listen out for her to say walk again or if your on a treadmill watch the time i did the whole thing listening to my own music once I new wot to do just timed myself on the treadmill.so much easier listening to your own taste.

Just eaten asda chosen by you reduced calorie beef chilli with wedges only 291 calories but very tasty both my kids loved it my daughter finished it for me cause there was loads and it only cost £1 how goods that.
 
Weigh in today 2 lb off which I'm pleased about because iv been poorly all weekend and its totm so my cravings are off the charts.
 
Sounds like you're doing mighty fine to me mimi :)
