Is feeling a little out of sorts today. I woke quite a lot during the night and have got up with a banging sickly headache
I have a upset tummy so not in good spirits.

so happy and sad,,,,,,,,,,,,its the 2nd anniversary of losing my beautiful sister, so a hard emotional day ,i adored her, but my wonderful daughter has started getting pains during the night so hopefully our first grandbaby will be with us soon,,i cant wait to be a nanny ,im so lucky x a sad day but very very happy one full of love ,memories and hopes for the future,,,,,,,im sure my sister is watching over us , xxx

I feeling ok today, am happy to report that I am still loosing a little weight each day and now down to 19st 8lbs. I have already startd the milk diet (2 days early) but start as you mean to go on is my moto. I have cut right down on my daily intake since I got my surgery date in preparation for my milk diet. I know there is a skinny me some where deep inside screaming to get out.

Maybe when the surgeon goes in there he can give the hidden me a very tall ladder so I can climb out :8855:
