Having a nightmare; have completely dyed one side of my face while doing my roots, and it won't come off!! x

Have you tried:
* neat shampoo
* surgical spirit
* strong cleanser
* lemon juice?

These are all my 'go-to's when I dye my own skin!

Thanks for the suggestions, so far have tried shampoo, body scrub, floor wipes (!) and nail varnish remover (which normally works)...beginning to run out of household products now, and husband not helping by saying 'how the hell did you do that?' and 'it's not coming off'!!

Mrs Smith, My daughter uses baby wipes or make up remover pads. Try using moisturise too as that will make the sking soften and MAYBE all you need to remove the dye. Hope something works

Try Mayonnaise (seriously) on your face to remove the hair dye.

I'm fine, got a few hours sleep last night.
I left my car window open by mistake last night and its been raining all night lol.
Going to plant some plants in the area I dug out yesterday and then Its off to the dentist with my dad and a little trip round Tesco for him to choose his sweets.
(for those that dont know, my dad has dememtia and is in a home near me)

I have had my appointment for bypass confirmed as 7th Sept and I think I'm a bit jittery!

Congrats Starr on the birth of your grandaughter, fab news and truly a miracle, I attended when my daughter gave birth...she was so brave and calm....I'm still so proud of her

Hi all,

Have had my pre-op assessment this morning and have weighed is at 122.8kg = 19st 4.7lbs a loss of 23lbs!!! am ecstatic!! BP was 133/97 and nurse Denise was happy with that. Had bloods and MRSA swab done and walked out of the clinic with a huge grin on my face.
Having a pre-med to calm me down as I am scared spitless

god no! i cant wait to have it , had a few probs , with hospital errors , im still having a bypass and gall bladder removal before september,it was cancelled by hospital,was meant to be the 6th of july ,but they didnt allow a longer slot,extra time in theatre, for gall bladder removal x
